Who can get to your things? You, from 6am to 10pm.
Six layers stand between your unit and anyone else. Here is what each one does, when the gate opens, and what we won’t store for anybody.
Six layers of security

The gate
A steel palisade fence around the yard and a gate that opens only to a customer PIN. Every entry and exit is logged against your account.

The cameras
64 cameras cover the yard, the loading bay, the lift and every corridor. Footage is kept for 30 days.

The alarm
The building is alarmed and monitored by a keyholding company out of hours. Each unit door has its own contact, so we know if one opens when it shouldn’t.

Your padlock
You lock the unit with your own padlock. We never hold a key and only open a unit if you ask us to, or if a court orders it.

Fire safety
Hose reels and extinguishers on every corridor, smoke detection throughout, and sprinklers in the mezzanine level.

Staff on site
Someone is at reception every day of the year, walking the corridors at opening and close.

The loading bay and goods lift are open whenever the gate is. Removal companies can deliver to your unit during reception hours if you tell us their name in advance.
What we can’t store for you
Mostly for safety, partly for the law. If you are not sure about something, ask at reception before you bring it.
- Anything alive, including plants
- Food or anything that can spoil
- Fuel, gas bottles, paint thinners and fireworks
- Firearms and ammunition
- Cash, jewellery or anything irreplaceable
- Anything illegal or stolen
